Pilgrim is someone who journeys to a sacred places as an act of
religious devotion. In India every year a lot pilgrims go to their desired religious
places for their self satisfaction and to get salvation. Every religion have their
different religious places, and everyone wants to go to their respective sacred
places atleast once in life so that their life would be successfull.
Jain Mandir Hastinapur
According to Jain tradition, Hastinapur was one of the earliest Indian cities like Ayodhya and Kashi and came into existence during the time of Rishabhadeva (the first tirthankara) whose grandson, Somaprabha, was the first ruler of the place. It is also said to be the birth place of three Jain tirthankars, Shantinatha, Kunthnnath and Arahanatha. The Buddhists say that this city was the capital of Kururattam.
